General Inquiries
Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and it will show up a few days later. If it has not shown up within a day or two of delivery confirmation, please contact us at support@shoptechtee.com so we may sort it out with the carrier.
No problem! We want everyone to enjoy the perfect fit. If the T-shirt you received as a gift isn’t the right size, you can exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and still has its tags attached. Reach out to our customer service team at support@shoptechtee.com, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process to make it as smooth as possible.
Please ensure the person you've gifted TechTee to has either the order number or your name or email address so we can locate the purchase and provide them with some options. Please review details on our Return & Exchange Policy
No worries! We don’t include any pricing details with the gift. Only the purchaser will receive a digital invoice via email, so your recipient will simply enjoy their new TechTee apparel without seeing any prices.

All of our products carry a risk-free 30-day* return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Can I return a sale item?
All orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale (those Final Sale items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange).
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our support team at support@shoptechtee.com and we will take care of you, right away.
If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?
Once your return is received, our automated system will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.
If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?
Once your return is received, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping.
International returns: It can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method once the items are received at the warehouse.
Can I return Add More Save More items?
If you return an item that was part of an "Add More Save More" promotion, your refund amount may be adjusted based on your eligibility for the discount tier after the return
Canceled Orders
If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.
If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account.
Credit Card Refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.
PayPal Refunds
These are usually immediate, so if you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly, so that we can investigate further.

We are currently only shipping within the USA & Canada. We have plans to begin shipping internationally very soon.
Orders generally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
For US orders we have a 4-8 business day shipping time depending on the shipping method you select, at checkout. You will see an estimated delivery window in checkout for your order.
International shipping may vary based on local fulfillment. An estimated delivery will show in checkout for your order.
You can track your order here Track My Order Just enter the email you used when purchasing the order (The email has your receipt) and you will receive and email with a code to log in.Log in then you can track your order in your personal profile
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in USA & Canada will take 4-8 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We offer Free shipping to select countries. Free shipping eligibility requires a subtotal order value above the free shipping threshold, including discounts. Free shipping offer valid in select countries only

At this time, TechTee accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, GooglePay, ApplePay and payment installment options (vary depending on region)
TechTee Gift cards can be entered at checkout under the section labeled Gift card or discount code.
We do accept digital payment platforms allowing you to delay payments on purchases. These options are regionally based. You will see these payment options offered to you, at checkout.
We do! You can simply enter at checkout, under payment; like you would a typical credit card payment.
*We cannot use two payment methods so this Visa/MC/Amex gift card will have to cover the payment in full.
Discounts & Promo Codes
Discounts
Promo codes cannot be used on sale and clearance items.
Promos are limited to one per order.
Under Checkout there will be a section labeled discount code.
You'll want to expand that (if you're on a mobile device) and enter the promo code you have under Discount Code.
Contact us directly via Live Chat with the promo code you forgot to apply and we'll get you taken care of.

Changes & Cancellations
Changing & Cancelling Orders
We know mistakes happen. We use an automated fulfillment process, which allows us to pack and ship orders extremely quickly. Unfortunately, this does limit us on the amount of time we have to make edits to order. We are SUPER limited on making order changes, however, if you need to make changes to your order after it’s been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Keep in mind once your order ships, we’re unable to make changes. Check out our Return and Exchange Policy for more info, or reach out with questions.
